Meet the Chef

Welcome family and friends! I am so happy you are here. When I was a kid I was always playing with my easy bake oven and quickly found joy in having my siblings taste test my creations. Soon after my parents put me in 4H where I entered many cake decorating competitions and excelled. Years later I work as a private chef for a family in Boulder Colorado. Watching people light up when they taste my food is the highlight of my career! I have decided to create this blog to share my recipes and observations with the people I love most. I also go to CU Boulder full time and I am studying Physiology, in hopes to go to PA school. I am passionate about food and ways we can heal our bodies through food! I hope you enjoy :)
